Shipping Policy

1. Where Do We Ship?

Oleadaa currently ships orders to customers worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination, applicable regulations, and carrier service coverage.

2. How Is the Delivery Time Calculated?

Delivery estimates are based on both order processing time and transit time.

Order Processing

Once your payment has been successfully authorized and verified, we will begin preparing your order. Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days before being handed over to the shipping carrier.

Transit & Delivery

After your order has been dispatched, the carrier will transport the package to the delivery address provided at checkout.

For deliveries to Canada, the estimated transit time is generally 14–28 days, although many orders may arrive sooner.

Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping fees are calculated according to factors such as the destination and the weight of the order.

The standard shipping fee starts from $4.90.

From time to time, Oleadaa may offer free shipping on orders of $40 or more, depending on the promotion or period concerned.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

If an address is incomplete, incorrect, or missing important information, we may need to contact you to confirm the correct details. This may result in additional processing or delivery delays.

If a package is returned to us because the delivery address provided at checkout was incorrect or insufficient, additional shipping arrangements may be required before the order can be sent again.

5. Customs & Delivery Delays

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, clearance procedures, duties, or other requirements imposed by the destination country.

These procedures may occasionally cause delays that are outside Oleadaa's control.
